Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Since each piece is handcrafted or hand-finished, processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 8–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable free-shipping promotion will be reflected at checkout.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to protect your handcrafted item during transit. We use sturdy corrugated boxes with bubble wrap and foam padding where required.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
